  • Orders are typically processed within 2 to 5 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Processing times may vary depending on product availability and order volume.

  • You will receive an order confirmation and shipping notification once your items have been dispatched.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Netherlands & Belgium: 3–7 business days

  • Other EU Countries: 5–10 business days

  • Non-EU Countries: Shipping times vary; please contact us for a quote.

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on orders over €1000 (excl. VAT) within the Netherlands and Belgium.

Delivery Information

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at the time of order.

  • We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

  • Deliveries are made to the ground floor only unless otherwise agreed in advance.

  • Large or heavy items may be shipped via freight carriers, and delivery appointments may be required.

Shipping Damage

Upon delivery, please inspect your order carefully. If you notice any visible damage to the packaging or products:

  • Document the damage with photos

  • Note any issues on the carrier's delivery receipt

Claims submitted after this period may not be eligible for compensation.

International Shipping

We currently ship within Europe. For shipping outside the EU, please contact us directly for options and rates.
Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping charges.
